    Episode Description:

Panhandling for twenty YEARS?? Jesus Christ—he’s probably made enough tax free money to buy a mansion! When I lived in San Diego, kids used to come down to Hillcrest to panhandle in front of trendy restaurants. The Union-Tribune did a story on these kids–and it turned out that they were driving in from LaJolla, of all places!!!
